Fitness (Rx)

Those looking to lose body fat, maintain lean muscle-mass, and improve quality of life. Eager to learn and take on new and challenging movements and workouts, but is not looking to compete in local or online competitions.

Performance (Rx+)

This track is geared towards the individual with goals of improving one’s strength, skill, and endurance with a more competitive mindset. These indiviuals are excited to be challenged every day inside the workouts, and want to prepare for sports and local or online competitions.
