What Foundations+ Is All About

Foundations+ is for individuals who are new to the methodology of functional strength and preparedness. The goal of this four week course is to provide you with a basic understanding of foundational exercises, our class structure, cleaning and safety procedures, and the opportunity to meet some amazing people. This program will assist in building your confidence so at the completion of the first month, you are excited to transition into our regular classes.

Program Details:

  • The Foundations+ program will take place over 4 weeks.
  • Each week will include 3 classes per week, or 12 classes total.
  • Each class is 60 minutes long and the structure of the class will include a warm-up, teaching skill, conditioning workout, and cool down.

  • Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • 6:00pm-7:00pm

Program Cost:

  • $189.99 (Includes 4 week program + 1 FREE month of classes)
    • Free month of classes given at the conclusion of the 4 week Foundations+ program

How It Works (5 Steps to Success)

It begins with a conversation, and our consultation is about YOU. On your initial consultation we will discuss where you’re at, where you want to go, and what specific fitness and lifestyle solutions we can implement to take the next step in your journey.After your initial consultation, you will continue to meet with your Coach on a monthly basis to review your progress, reassess training and any goals you may have.
After your initial consultation, your coach will take you through our WORKHORSE BMW (Body, Movement, and Work Capacity) Assessment to establish a baseline. Your coach will build an individualized program based around your baseline, with the goal to surpass those numbers and create NEW baseline for you.
You will Train at Workhorse Athletics with your coach when it suits you. All of your sessions will be 1 hour long and will be done under the watchful eye of your personal coach, between the four walls of your second home.
The gym is only 1 hour of your day. What happens in the other 23 hours? With the Workhorse Way, we want you to optimize your nutrition, lifestyle, and recovery away from the gym. Working with your Coach, you’ll start to make small changes that are practical that will help you one step closer to reaching your goals.
We help define what fitness means to you, and evolve your goals and training as you grow. Meeting one-on-one to align, review progress, and game plan next steps will become a regular part of your WORKHORSE WAY experience.
