Workhorse Athletics seeks to create outstanding, professional, and inclusive community-based fitness experiences for athletes and coaches through outstanding fitness programs and learning development opportunities. Strength & Conditioning

Our Strength & Conditioning program incorporates multi-modal skills based around Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, and Aerobic fitness. Through these various training methods, you will maximize your overall strength, speed, endurance and flexibility.

Our strength and conditioning program designed to achieve an individual’s optimal fitness. Optimal fitness is achieved through “constantly varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity.” In short, this means we perform workouts that combine simple body-weight and free-weight movements, at varied intensities to improve fitness and overall health.

Personal Training & Custom Programming

Honoring the Individual. We understand everyone has personal health and fitness goals. We also understand that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all approach. For this reason, we believe the most effective way to deliver results and help you reach your goals, is through professional and personal coaching.

Taking and individualized approach, we will work together to create and design a program based around your unique goals, function, needs and lifestyle. Created specifically for a long lasting path to fitness success and enjoyment.

Kids Strength & Conditioning Classes

This program is for kids ages 6-13 and will focus on good movement throughout childhood. Our kids classes are meant to be BIG (Broad-Inclusive-General) fun for all ages. The mission of Workhorse Athletics and our Kids program is to help your children become the best version of themselves. We are committed to empowering children and young adults with the skills necessary to maximize their physical development, understand basic nutritional concepts and form the foundation for healthy habits both mentally and physically.

Foundations+ Classes

Foundations+ is for individuals who are new to the methodology of functional strength and preparedness. The goal of this four week course is to provide you with a basic understanding of foundational exercises, our class structure, cleaning and safety procedures, and the opportunity to meet some amazing people. This program will assist in building your confidence so at the completion of the first month, you are excited to transition into our regular classes.
